All DIRECTV customers can access their DIRECTV account portal, or call 1 (800) 531-5000.
DIRECTV customers can sign up for Netflix, Pandora, Prime Video, or Apple TV by pressing the Home button on their remote control and scrolling to Apps.
How do I watch add-on channels?
You can access all our add-ons (except Peacock, Netflix, Pandora, Prime Video, and Apple TV) on directv.com, and the DIRECTV App. Subscription is not valid for streaming using the provider app or website. DIRECTV customers connecting via Satellite can also access add-ons on their internet-connected HD-DVR.
Use our DIRECTV Gemini device to access Netflix, Pandora, Prime Video, and Apple TV. Sign up by pressing the Home button on your remote and scrolling to Apps.
Peacock subscribers can watch using the Peacock App and peacocktv.com
